Developers Terms

This Developer Terms Policy governs the relationship between Mawil Technologies and any developer engaging in work provided by the Company. By accepting work or compensation from the Company, the Developer agrees to abide by the terms outlined herein.

Payment Terms:

The Developer acknowledges and agrees that for any work provided by the Company, a sum fee of 10% of the total amount invoiced to the Client by the Developer shall be payable to the Company.

Payment of the sum fee shall be made within 30 days of receipt of payment by the Developer from the Client.


The Developer shall provide the Company with accurate and timely records of all payments received from Clients for work provided by the Company.

: Developers are responsible for paying taxes on their earnings as independent contractors or employees, depending on their employment status. The company may also withhold taxes or deduct other applicable fees as required by law.

Work Ownership:

The Developer acknowledges and agrees that any work provided to them by the Company remains the property of the Company.

The Developer shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell any work provided by the Company without prior written consent.


Confidentiality:

The Developer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information belonging to the Company, including but not limited to client lists, business strategies, and trade secrets.

The Developer shall not disclose any confidential information belonging to the Company to any third party without prior written consent.

Independent Contractor:

The Developer acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company.

The Developer shall be solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and any other obligations arising from their status as an independent contractor.

Hiring Process:

Prior to engagement, the Developer shall undergo a well-scrutinized hiring process, which may include the provision of a Curriculum Vitae (CV) outlining their relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

The Developer shall also provide a portfolio showcasing previous projects they have completed, along with clear goals and objectives for their development career.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, the Developer shall promptly return any Company property and cease using any Company materials or resources.

Entire Agreement:

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging in work provided by the Company, the Developer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
